Morpeth Lions have been helping the residents of Morpeth and surrounding towns and villages for over 50 years.  I have been a member of the team for 37 of these years and have seen great changes in areas such as technology.  But what has not changed is that there are still people in our community who desperately need help.  In many ways it has worsened with costs rising and services diminishing.

Lions know that they cannot change the world, but we can make a difference in many small ways, and for many individuals from the elderly to the newly born.  I hope that you can help us in our mission to serve our local communities.

Thank you.

OUR SUPPORT TO THE COMMUNITY

Morpeth Lions and other organisations celebrated their fundraising success as a result of the Local Co-op Community Fund initiative.  As a result of this project the funding will be used to support the refurbishment and creation of a sensory garden at Vision Northumberland’s premises in Staithes Lane Morpeth.  Morpeth Lions are very much involved in the refurbishment work.
