Morpeth Lions

The Lions Club of Morpeth

It is a privilege to serve as President of the Lions Club of Morpeth for 2025 / 2026.

Our region faces many challenges and Lions will be helping wherever they can. As we turn our thoughts to Autumn and Christmas, Lions will be very active raising funds for our communities at events like the Lions Book Sale in the Town Hall 25th to 27th of September, and we’ve also heard rumours that Santa and his sleigh may be visiting various venues in Ashington, Morpeth, Heighley Gate….

If you are interested in joining Lions you’ll be made very welcome; please see our contact page.

Morpeth Lions and other organisations celebrated their fundraising success as a result of the Local Co-op Community Fund initiative.  As a result of this project the funding will be used to support the refurbishment and creation of a sensory garden at Vision Northumberland’s premises in Staithes Lane Morpeth.  Morpeth Lions are very much involved in the refurbishment work.
